Terri’s Medical Transcription was established in 1981.

Following attending Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma, and completion of medical transcription school, I spent five years working at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City as the Medical Transcription Supervisor in the Medical Records Department.  I became an advocate of off-site transcription as a more efficient and cost effective way of completing transcription and established Terri’s Medical Transcription in 1981.

I have served hospitals and clinics in the greater Oklahoma City area, Dallas, Virginia and California since 1981.  I specialize in transcription of dictation from medical personnel.

My medical transcription experience includes transcribing Independent Medical Evaluations, personal injury reports, forensic transcription, pain management reports, operative reports, history and physicals, consultations, office notes, and correspondence.  I am fluent in ophthalmology and optometry, neurology, physiatry, cardiology, transplant surgery, infectious disease, urology and nephrology, endocrinology, podiatry, physical therapy, orthopedics, psychiatry, psychology, oncology and radiation therapy, and dermatology.
